Inker, FABRIC’S sister, came to life due to the increasing demand for unique printed textiles.

FABRIC (2019) is a joint venture between Suburban and Nookyalur. In just two years FABRIC became one of the leading textile printing companies in Belgium. Our forte? Innovation! And since we have always been keeping a close watch on trends keep a close watch on trends, we soon got wind of the fast fashion trend. Our thought? Nice! But we can do better. Much better. Not Bonzaï Thunderball style, but still. Better, more sustainable, and more ecological. On point, too. We choose to opt for 'Fair fast fashion' by only using premium organic cotton, and printing with the latest Epson printers that run on GOTS labeled inks.

Orders

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Nope. We print from 1 piece. If you would like to print a large quantity, please ask for a quote at  FABRIC. FABRIC screen-prints and embroiders textiles from 20 pieces.

Do you have size charts?

Sure! You will find the size chart next to the item. To choose the right size, take one your own garments and check the measurements as shown in the size chart.

Can I still change my order?

Alas, no! Once your order has been submitted, it is in our system to be picked and printed. You cannot change either the item nor the design after ordering.

How will my item be printed?

All items are printed using the latest Epson F3000 DTG (Direct To Garment) printers, after which the print is fixed in a Vastex drying tunnel. This guarantees good wash fastness. With these printers, we can put a razor-sharp reproduction of your design on textile. Please make sure that the quality of your design is good enough before uploading it. For some designs, we use DTF printing.

Do you print in 4 colours?

Yes, our printers always print CMYK. As your design is printed digitally, colours can sometimes vary. If you want to be sure that the correct colour is printed (e.g. your house style colour), please state the colour value in the comments section. That way we can adjust the colours if necessary.

What are the embroidery specifications?

The embroidery file is maximum 12 x 12 cm. We embroider in 18 different colours. When you upload your printfile, you can select the colours you want to be used in your design. Make sure the lines in your design are not too thin. No worries, we will always check your artwork if it's suitable for embroidery.

Is the quality of my design good enough?

We check every design before it is printed. If the quality is not good, we will let you know.

Shipping

What are the shipping costs?

For shipping, we work with Bpost at a standard rate of 6.15 euro (shipping within Belgium). 

Do you ship abroad?

Sure! We will ship your package worldwide.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to send all orders within 5 working days of receiving the order. Orders placed on a Friday or at the weekend may therefore take slightly longer. We use Bpost to dispatch the orders. 

Can I exchange an item?

No, this is not possible. If the size is too small or too large, it was ordered incorrectly. Therefore, be sure to check the size charts of the textiles in advance. We only print what has been ordered. Only when there is a clear error on our part (wrong article or wrong print), exchange is possible.

Care

What is the best way to wash my item?

To guarantee the longevity of your print, it is best to wash the textile inside out and on a cold cycle. Use a chlorine-free detergent and never put it in the dryer. To keep your print as intact as possible, it is best not to iron it.

How much profit do I make?

If you create your shop on our platform, you decide the selling price. You will see the production price when you design your preferred items. You can set your selling price for each product. On a monthly base, the profits will be payed automatically through your Paypal account.

How can I add an embroidery file to my shop?

If you'd like to add an item with embroidery, you can send the file you want to use for embroidery to info@inker.be. We will make an EMB file you can use for all your mockups. The cost of this file is 12.5 euros.
